Fabricating a Legacy

Custom   Architectural  Products, Inc. Celebrates  20 Years

20th Anniversary Headshot

Custom glass handrails and ornate entryways are the most visible products, but what CAP -- Custom Architectural Products, Inc. -- truly sells is the highly regarded guarantee of its owner, Brid Igleheart.

From its modest beginnings in 1992 as a manufacturer’s representative business, selling doors and skylights, Custom Architectural Products, Inc. has grown in productivity, capability, and reputation.  Today, CAP is a premier custom fabricator of ornamental handrails and commercial entry-ways throughout the Eastern United States.  The glass and metal creations present the high-end design facets that distinguish high-end buildings.

When CAP is hired to put the finishing touches on a new building, Brid is involved at every step of the construction process.  Beginning with owner and architect consultation to create custom designs, moving forward to fabrication and installation, through to finishing, his unparalleled commitment to excellence shows!

The resulting work may be seen all over the Atlanta area and the Southeast, with other projects dotting the country.   Around the city, the GA Aquarium, the new World of Coke Museum, Georgia State University's library, and the GA Tech Technology Square all boast fine examples of CAP’s design work and high standards, and are just the beginning of CAP’s lengthy portfolio.

Beyond Atlanta, CAP has made a name for itself by providing the highest quality design and fabricating work.   he has worked on the Savannah River Walk, the new Raleigh Convention Center, government buildings up and down the East coast, and even a few projects as far away as Texas.

Over the past 20 years, Brid has fabricated a lasting legacy.  Look around… you will see the beauty of the design and the perfection of the fabrication and installation.

It all adds up to two decades of exemplifying CAP’s motto:  ‘Excellence By Design’
